I took this workout from part of the navyseal.com wod. There is so mush stuff in each of their workouts that it would take forever to do and the intensity level would be compromised (unless your a SEAL or something). Thrusters have always been a weakness of mine so I liked the idea of this one. And since you can never do enough push-ups I threw those in too. I'm really trying to get the strength to push hard on workouts and think this was a good one for that. I know I could have gone faster, but (insert generic lame excuse here). Looking forward to hitting up CFO and getting the intensity back.
